If you are looking for an all-inclusive tool that can perform at the same level as dealer-level software, then this is it. We have extensively tested this unit on over 50 trucks, and it does what Bosch says it will do: Everything the OEM software can do.

Can I use another adapter such as a DPA5 or Nexiq USB Link instead? No, the software will only work with the Bosch Data Link Adapter.

Can I install this on more than 1 computer/tablet? No, licensing only allows you to install it on one per computer.

You said updates happen every 4 months. How do I get updates? You will be emailed when updates are available, and there is a function inside the software to download & update it self.

Can I get replacement parts if I lose a cable? Yes, we sell all the replacement parts.

How long do I get updates for? You get updates & support for 12-months. After 12-months, you do NOT have to pay for support, you just won't get the updates.

What does the warranty include? Defects in workmanship or product are covered under warranty. This does not cover abuse or lost items. You would need to contact your insurance company to cover that.

How quickly will you ship? We ship everyday.

Who do I call for Tech Support? You can call Bosch directly, or you can call us as well. We have a staff of technical support representatives to help all of our customers, regardless of which product they purchase.

Is Internet access required? Yes, you need Internet access to do the initial registration & setup, along with getting the updates.
