Returns and Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be accompanied by a receipt and in its original packaging.

Sale and regular-priced merchandise can be exchanged or refunded within 30 days of receipt.

Return shipping fees will be at the customer’s expense.

We reserve the right to decline returns or exchanges of items that are not in new condition due to damage or misuse by the customer.

A 15% restocking fee will apply to all returns.

Delivery fees and oversize fees are non-refundable.

Refund Options

Store Credit: Alternatively, you can opt to receive a store credit for the refunded amount. Store credit can be used for future purchases on our website and does not expire.

Damaged/Defective Items

If you receive damaged or defective items, please follow these steps:

 

Provide Photos: Take clear photos of the damaged merchandise and the shipping box it arrived in. We require photos to assess the damage properly.

Include SKU and Order Number: Include the SKU number and your order number in your communication.

Contact Us: Contact our customer support team at info@dealershipcloseouts.com with the subject line “Damaged/Defective Item – Order #[your order number].” In your email, describe the issue and attach the photos.

We will review your claim and, if approved, provide instructions for returning the damaged or defective item.

 

Please note that DealershipCloseouts.com reserves the right to make the final decision on refunds and exchanges based on the condition of the returned item and adherence to our return policy.
